Please disregard the comment made saying that it is unlikely and probably herpes. It IS possible to get a pimple on your penis or testicles. It is actually rather common, as your groin area has many sweat glands which can lead to clogged pores, ending in pimples or zits. As long as it doesn't continue to get bigger, and eventually goes away, you can be almost positive that it was only a pimple.
Cysts (small white bumps under the skin) are also common, and almost every male has at least a few of these on their member. These, however, don't go away, but will not grow or cause you any pain or discomfort. If the bump you have is pink and swollen like a pimple, though, it probably is one and you have nothing to worry about.
Make sure that you keep the area around the pimple clean, and try not to pop it if at all possible, as that may cause more pimples to grow in the area around the one you already have.

Yes you can get a zit on your penis and it can hurt a lot to pop it. If you have never had sexual contact don't listen to those people that are saying it may be herpes. They are just trying to scare you for their own intertainment. However if it doesn't come to a head where you can pop it in a day or so you might have a doc look at it.

it could also be what is known as a "boil" or "carbuncle", and those can be painful. i know, i've had a couple of them on my scrotum and they look like oversized pimples or zits just before they finally break and drain. they also can bleed some too once they have broken. all i can say is don't squeeze them.

Yes, in fact that's normal. You don't need a doctor to look at them, unless they get infected or something. Popping them usually hurts too much, so I just leave them alone and they go away and come back periodically. They aren't as bothersome as the ones on our faces.

Yes you can.
It is actually common.
Folliculitis (imflamation of the follicle).
It is still possible though very slight that it is herpes.
Herpes can be contracted by skin to skin contact. About 14% of high school wrestlers have herpes this way.

I suppose it would be possible, you have pores on your skin everywhere on your body, and I assume they could clog and form a zit.
