promblem being i don't feel right wearing anything that shows my belly .i was thinking about getting a tattoo on my scar.any one have any ideas on what to get

Any decent tatto artost will not tattoo over scar tissue. I have stretch marks from my kids, and I choose not to wear anything that shows my tummy.
Not sure why your doc would cut you that way. I had a c-section and it was a bikini cut.

i have seen what a tattoo over a scar looks like, and in my opinion it looks alot better then just having a scar. You can still see the scar because the skin has a different texture and look, but at least the scar will blend into the tattoo, meaning scars do take ink. Note: getting tattoos over scars hurt worse then getting a tattoo on fresh skin.
Maybe you could get something tribal? Any tattoo that is darker then the scar is the way to go!

You could try La Mer. It was created by a scientist who had scars on his face from an accident. It is kinda expensive but he spent a great deal of his time creating something to clear his face. It can be found at neiman marcus.com It works wonders and can be used on stretch marks as well.

You can get a tattoo, but if you have to get another C-section, it will mess up the tattoo. Try mederma for scars, it's with neosporin and other first aid products in Health & Beauty at drug or grocery store.

That is you and don t worry for a that scar!!!I have friend who have scar from all stomach area and she say one day - I don t want to feel I do something wrong.I must go for that operation and I am proud for mine scar.....From that day she wearing what she want.....
What someone thinking or what someone stare at you is not to bother you.You must be yourself.....

have you tried any of the new scar treatments yet?

cocoa butter palmer;s
shea
and vasoline and vitamin E all help heal scars
