If it is going to cause a big unnecessary fight then I would consider holding my tongue, not coz I am shy but fighting is not necessary. However, if I really have to be honest and speak my mind then I have no problems doing it, I just try to be empathetic while doing it and not hurt someone if I can avoid it.

Yes I do, If I didn't I'd probably be the loser in the long run, or maybe someone I cared for could suffer, if I did not speak up.
