A bad thing to do is to let things that bother you build up so much that you end up exploding. I have a tendancy to let things go for a long, long time until I finally freak out and end up as an incoherent mess. The biggest problem with this is that when you freak out on people, they tend not to take you seriously. Particularly if it because of something that you have let slide many times in the past. As soon as you figure out that something bothers you, it is time to put your foot down.

Whenever someone just keeps on about the same thing. That really makes me mad. Sometimes if I'm in a bad mood to start with, it doesn't take much at all. Peace

I think I put my foot down when I start yelling obscenities at certain people because I just can't hold anymore negative energy.

three strikes, and you're out. I'm always willing to give people a chance, but it they abuse my trust, keep doing the same things over and over, there is a time to say stop, you can't keep treating me badly.
