Have your children in counseling as well as on meds.

Request an special meeting with the school to either modify your childrens work or to have them placed in special classes. In Texas these meetings are called ARD. The school will evalutate and test each child to determine what course of action is to be taken in regards to their education.

My son has ADHD and Bi-Polar, as well, and it took me a while and a few temper tuntrums of my own, but I got my requests filled and my son got his work modified so that he could get through school. Turned out that my son was very smart, he just needed a little help to get him going... He graduated High School at 16 years old!!! He is now 19 and he does really well, as long as he takes his meds.

Bi-Polar disorder is nothing to sneeze at. It is way more serious than the ADD & the ADHD. But you put the both together and your looking a major problem. Like a Bomb with a short fuse!!!

Talk with your children's doctors & counselors, get them involved with the school, too.

YOUR school is REQUIRED to complete a IEP Plan for your children.

They also have to provide extra assistance to them.

I would go above the teachers, principals & administration to the School Board!

Filing a complaint just might jump start them into assistancing your children.

You can also get assistance from your Local Juvenile Services Department. Also your Local Mental Health Clinic & Child & Family Services.

Have them be put into counseling. A good child psychologist will have programs for children such as these.

Most schools also have school counselors, who should be willing to work with their regular counselor, and have curriculums for the children. If your present school does not offer this - there are plenty that do. Even public ones.
