There is actually no way to get rid of pimples fast unless you are able to pop them and get all of the infection out but then you tend to have a huge gorder their in the place of the pimple that may or may not heal all the way. The best thing to do is keep up on using acne medications and facial cleaners. Even when you don't have pimples. This will keep the infections out of your pores so that you don't get the pimples. This is easier said then done because I tend to stop using the products after about a week of getting rid of the pimples then end up with some more. If you want you can always use a good cleanser and then when you see some redness use an overnight acne medication. I would also use the overnight acne medicine if you are around a lot of dirt, grease or have been sweating a lot that day. That will help keep things under control.

Go to an esthetician or dermatologist. They have access to machines that can kill the bacteria on your skin which will in turn help you avoid pimples. You can also go get a facial. At first you may break out more but that is because the toxins are being removed from your skin. It really does work. When I went to cosmetology school my skin was perfect as I was always getting facials and using a good product (bioelements) AND we had access to the tesla machine. There is a new machine that is out on the market for consumers that will kill the bacteria in a pimple. I cannot remember what it is called but I saw an ad for it in a fashion magazine.

You can try rubbing ice over them for several minutes, a couple or more times a day. This will kill the bacteria in them, making the redness go away.
Don't however hold the ice in one spot for more than a few seconds, as you will damage the skin.
