I had taken about 30 and nothing serious happened. Just headache and a strong feeling to vomit. This was about a month back.

Too many. But more importantly , there are horrendous side effects to taking almost enough of them. People that have serious internal bleeding. People that have lost circulation to limbs and have had to have them removed. Loss of kidney or liver function. And guess what... they lived through it and usually decided that life was finally worth living. Is it going to take something that bad to make you realize that? Call 1-800 SUICIDE. Get some help. Since aspirin is really quite weak in comparison to other over the counter drugs, I would suggest something much stronger, such as Bayer, Advil, Sleep Away or Ibuprofen.
And, I do hope you're kidding. I mean, aspirin??

1 aspirin and a call to a mental health center..you would probably get an a hole in your stomach.and you realy dont want to go into living with danger health effects that your wont die from but will suffer pain..get some help.

I'm not sure that's possible, since aspirin is not a narcotic -But the Sideeffects could be scary. Stomachbleed, thining blood.
