My partner was having problems like this and he is only 25. He tried a nasal delivery spray that the media was carrying on about but it didn't work. It turns out he has depression and is now in therapy. Since he has been getting professional help we have had much better sex. I would like to suggest that you see a GP for a referral. Don't be embarassed to see them. They deal with much more embarassing things than this everyday, and they keep it confidential.
