Well if you must know ? is questionable. No matter what ? never seems to know what to do.
On the other hand ! is exclamatory. Seems to always have the strength and emotion to see things through.
As for who would win?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
? seems to get the first licks in but ! seems to get the last word. I'm not sure I could watch it until one beats the other.
