Hard to imagine anything about you having ANYTHING to do with being neuter.
Seriously though, this is the mechanics version of a "Snipe Hunt." They don't know what the problem is and are just saying that to sound like they know what they are talking about. There is no such thing.
Read about it here:

A bearing is something that allows to parts to move past one another. Your muffler and exhaust system should be fixed in place so they should not be slipping past anything. Another made up problem.
"Missing a beat" sounds like a cylinder not firing. If your car is skipping a cylinder (engine runs VERY rough, or kinda rough depending on how many cylinders you have) it could be as simple as an old spark plug or a nasty as a malfunctioning valve. Try the spark plug change first. That is cheap and with a little knowledge you can do it yourself, or take it to a TRUSTED mechanic (not whomever fed you this line of CRAP; they clearly think they can snow you and have no respect for you) for a "tune up."
Nothing wrong with your muffler would cause one cylinder to misfire.

Those are jokes that we usually play on people who work in the shop and act like they know it all. We ask them to order a kneuter valve and some muffler bearing grease. Oh yeah and don't forget the blinker fluid. Whoever told you that is either messing with you or you need to run as far from the shop as possible if they are serious and find someone who is reputable. You also don't need to change the air in you tires as maintnence.

there is no such thing as muffler bearing's...and i don't believe there is such a thing as a "kneuter valve"!!! I think who ever is telling you this is pretty mean or just really dumb!!! perhaps you might try going to a certified mechanic and just basically say my car is not running right and perhaps take someone with you who is a little more in tune with understanding auto mechanics!! (on a different note "nice yahoo 360 page you are a very well toned women by your pic!!!!

They are both next to the jug filled with blinker fluid, but you need a left handed screwdriver to fix them.

You can buy them here and replace them yourself. Replace your 710 cap, too.
