Consequences of selling is high, you will sentenced to prison and had to pay a high amount of fine.
However, if you are caught while downloading a movie for the first time, the movie companies usually let you go with an excuse letter with which you claim that you will not do it again. If you are caught multiple times, you may be sued. I remember that one or two years ago companies sued thousands of people.

NONE. I can tell you none, except for guilt (which will be gone in short amount of time, after having one).
You are more likely to get into a car accident than to get caught for having pirated movies. The stories about you would be sued by companies is just an exageration created by companies to make you fear of having a pirated movies, but basically, you're as likely to be voted as the first president of a country while you're not the nation's citizen as getting caught for having pirated movies.
For selling one, it's different bussiness though, but if you sell only to people you know, friends or relative (not to general public), you are very unlikely to get caught.

loss of computer& any other computer in the place loss of cash maybe prison the computers will be gone for a start
