~My child was stolen out of my home in the middle of the night! The people that did this lied on their statements and got out of it some how and turned it around on me! One of the people had called CPS and told then a huge lie about my brother. I'm going into the State register for child abuse/maltreatment! I don't understand! There were 3 other people in my house when this all happened! They were all sleeping when she had snuck in and grabbed my child up and rode around until my boyfriend found them and retrieved my child. CPS put a lot of crap into my brothers head and we think that may have been the reason for his suicide. I'd like to get the truth out of them and prosacute them ALL! Even the cops involved! I want revenge and justice......to us all. There Should have been a lot of tickets handed out that night to all the people involved....., Hmmmmmmmmmm. Makes me wonder what happened.~

I'm so totally confused by your question. WHO stole your child? HOW did they get into your house? WHAT were they to you (friend, family member, CPS, random individual, ect.)? WHEN did "the people" call CPS? WHY did they say they did this? I don't think anyone can give you any helpful advice until these questions are answered. If some random person stole your child, after first breaking into your house, then after stealing this child called CPS, then I think you've got a whopping lawsuit on your hands.

It makes me wonder what happened??? The police didn't come into you home for no reason they can't. They have to have just cause. No one has all the answers but there is always a reason when someone takes their own life! The truth is out there somewhere but it doesn't lie within the confines of the law!

Why don't you come clean and tell us the rest of the story?
Family Services doesn't come knocking unless there is very good evidence supporting the reports they get.
So, what's YOUR part in this?
