it would depend on why they got divorced, like if the guy was a freaking jerk and had missrepersented himself to his ex then yeah.

I wouldn't do it. I think marriage should be taken more seriously than that. In some cases the person gets deported if they divorce shortly after because they are being watched to see if the marriage was real or a scam anyway.

No it shouldnt because if they went through the hell that I know they have to for the 3 years that they are married then they deserve to stay here. It's not just like they get married and then bam they are citizens they have to prove that they got married for other reasons and they get hounded all 3 years by the people that test the for their green cards.

No it should'nt be revoked because they came to great united states for a better life for them and their families and this is like luxury to them things that we take for granted everyday of our lives if you think about it our homeless shelters is like a nice apartment compare to where they come from. So what ever they got to do to make it so be it they need the jobs.food, roof over their heads.

I think they should have to stay married for a year to keep the green card.

Yes, I consider that a way of illegal immigration. If they want to come into this country, they ought to have to go through the same procedures as everyone else.

Oh ya. Its just another loop hole to allow foreigners in to the country. We need to implement a system that will limit our population growth via immigrants.
