First off, keep in mind this is all legacy (out of production) equipment. If you plan to build a system with PC133 RAM and want to run XP or the latest software on it, then I would highly recommend against it since any complete $400 desktop you can buy now will dramatically outperform it and it will run very slow.
That said if you're still interested, any AMD Athlon (Thunderbird) should work with that including 1.4GHz. For Intel, any Pentium III class CPU. Most of these will be way overpriced for what you get out it. For $90 you can get a Celeron 2GHz system with motherboard and for a 1.4GHz Athlon it costs $120 or more just for the CPU.
Also, it is extremely difficult to find any motherboard that uses PC133 now since almost everything uses DDR that is sold as new. Chances are someone on e-bay may have used or old stock inventory but again, it's probably going to cost more than a DDR board (which won't work since the RAM won't fit).
FYI... I build systems. If you go to Newegg, Tigerdirect, or any other major vendor you will not find a compatible motherboard with PC133 (Check this for yourself and all you'll see is DDR). About a year ago I put together a system similar to what you are looking for and the only place I was able to get a PC133 compatible motherboard was from e-bay. The only reason I built this system was for a customer who wanted to scrape together a print server out of old PC parts and he wanted to salvage his processor for it... So if you're planning to build a new computer using a PC133 motherboard just don't expect it to hold up to even a cheap modern PC for the amount of time and money it takes to build it.

I'm not sure, but my Gateway computer came with an AMD 64 processor. I didn't hafta install anything.Best Buy, or Circuit City had Gateways. Both sell componants too. I had some extra money, so I opted for as computer with the latest and fastest processor made. I can plug things into this pc and it recognizes it. I got tired of and motherboards and stuff. It's totally easier to spend more money on a pc that has everything I want, a tv input, cable ready, media center, dvd burner, all kinds of ports. And it wasn't even a "vista ready" Gateway. People try to tinker with stuff they can buy it allready made. That was the route I took.
