Is there any way to heal an ear lobe completely?

it feels like a hard knot when i squeeze my ear lobes. i want to pierce it a little bit lower so is there any way to heal it?

I think the answer is no - I had my ears pierced when I was younger and the holes are still open

that hard knot is most likely the healed fistula the tube of skin the earring when through. it most likely will not heal

your old hole was probably infected. so go to the doctor then got get it re pierced.
