No they gave me mine the day after I had my 2nd daughter and at first I thought the shot was for her and it was for me. There is nothing to worry about they wont give you anything to hurt you or your baby it is to protect from rubella. LOL

Rubella is so rare hun that you don't need to worry about it. Besides it is in the first trimester where the danger is.

I got mine the day after I had my daughter. I would think that they wouldnt want to give you the shot for the reason that it may affect your unborn child...thats my guess.
