Droz used to Puke on command, that was pretty sick.
Nick Foley, the "human pin cushion" was a freak as well.
But my personal was Super-fly Snuka, who broke ribs all the time pioneering the Top Rope assault. Unbelievable athlete with a high tolerance of pain.

Sickest wrestler ever?????? Is thier a fine line bettween sick & flat out goofy?????? I gotta go with the undertaker.which ever one he is the new one, or old one??!!!!! I watched wrestling back in the 70's before it was way popular like it is now! Belive it or not,mean Gene Okerland used toget pretty sick! They used fake blood back in the day! I can't for the life of me rember the short fat blond haired guys name who turned promoter. And was pretty good at it also! He was gross also! He's still on every now and then,not like before! I wish I was better @ names sorry hope I helped ya anyway!?
