body tiggling
feet fall asleep once a day
arm/hand musle hurt
what can it be?
I am 5feet and weight around 85-90 and 19y old.

Talk to a doctor. They are the only one who can tell you what is truly going on. It sounds like poor circulation, but those symptoms could be a number of issues.

Poor circulation. Take your blood pressure. The drug store has the free things where you can just slip your skinny little arm into the cuff and it does it automatically. No problem. Have a physical and let the MD go over all of your symptoms. could or may not be serious.

You are doing your job sitting for long hours and writing or typing a lot. Walk in office itself.

you may have nerve damage. I have carple tunnel and nuerothopy.
