any way of reducing the look of scars. they arnt like deep or anything thier just random marks that i wanna get rid of.

vitamin e take it once a day adn break open a capsula dn put it on the scars u want to get rid off it dosnt taste bad or ne thing so it u break it with ur mouth u wont gag. but depending on how many u have u might want to open more than one capsule. it also makes ur hair shinny and sleek if u take it for long enouhg periods of time.

Try vitamin E oil every day as soon as you get out of the shower. Your skin absorbs the vitamin E, which is good for healing scars and making skin soft and smooth.

you may also want to take 500 mg of vit C everyday together with vit E. it can help speed up healing and reduce skin discoloration.

maderma...its a cream you rub on them and it helps reduce the appearance of scars. i used it on my knees b4 and you can really see a difference!
