What exactly does the culture ACIDOPHILUS do for your body?

Its actually "good" bacteria that is essential for good health. Good kills bad but antibiotics kills both. Antibiotics =bad...Acidophilus=good.

yoghurt is a semi-solid fermented milk product ...produced by bacterial fermentation of milk,,it contains bacterias like
Streptococcus salivarius ssp thermophilus,,,
Lactobacillus bulgaricusand mony more and acidophill is one of them
