How can I get rid of skin depigmentation(melasma).Is cosematic surgery effective?

I thought I already answered this - use Porcelana face cream, I would not try cosmetic surgery. A fade cream should be effective.

Try a product called Obagi Clear. It will help to reduce the melasma and is very effective. It contains hydroquinone, which is a skin depigmentating agent. But you must always wear sunscreen when using this treatment and continue to wear sunscreen to prevent the melasma from returning. Good luck and take care : )
