Ummm...it's not that hard to get a project underway....you must be doing something wrong. And by the way..it all depends on what conspiracy theory you are talking about....yes, some seem odd, but some seem to be possible as well. It just depends on what theory you speak of. As for mental disorder, the one's who believe waaaay wacked out stuff, it is called a paranoid schizophrenic.

If you are being serious here and are actually talking about mental illness, then Schitzophrenia can often exhibit with symptoms whereby the sufferer believes they are being persecuted by the government or can believe they are secret agents working for governments and similar sorts of things.
