Exercise needed and a change of diet. Try to flush yourself out with more water and check that you are having enough fruit/ veg and fibre per day. Hope that is reasonably simple.

There isn't alot to go on here, but from everything you did mention, it sounds like depression. Before trying to just take something to help metabolism, I would suggest getting a diagnosis on what is causing the fatigue first.

Bromelain is the name of a group of powerful protein-digesting, or proteolytic, enzymes that are found in the pineapple plant. Bromelain is used to help reduce inflammation in the body, speed the healing of wounds and bruises, and aid in the digestion of proteins.

Drink water this will help you feel less tired. I know it is hard but if you can do some exercise this will help you feel less tired all the time aswell.
You may be low in iron - get a blood test at the doctors if you can.

Well, you should probably try to eat a little better, at least one meal a day - that should help. And take multivitamin supplements. And maybe go for a walk for 20 minutes a day? Make small changes at first, easier to fit them into your day.

Exercise short and simple.
More exercise = higher metabolism.
Try doing some form of exercise (that will exert you) at least twice a week.
