I absolutely love listening to "The B Movie Heroes" "Gomez" and "Seether" when I am working out, whether it is weights or boxercise. Try listening to some of these bands, they will help get your blood pumping. If you can't find the B Movies then contact me on messenger and I will send you some. well how about some pearl jam. followed by mad season, then I would throw in some live just to complete that Seattle sound! then after the nausia set in wouls have to start praying to the porcelin Gods or just do a homemade mosh pit ...that'll burn some fat off anyones ***!
