carmex. It's about 2-3 bucks. I got mine at like sav-ons. Apply at night before going to sleep, and remove in the morning. It totally moistens your lips.

First off, you shouldn't lick your lips... ever. Because when the saliva dries, it also siphons moisture away from your kisser. You can use lip balms throughout the day as needed. You should also take the time to once weekly exfoliate your lips. I recommend C.O. Bigelow Soothing Lip Buffer. It has aloe and cocoa butter, which are excellent moisturizers. Follow up with C.O. Bigelow's My Favorite Lip Balm which contains shea butter and sweet almond oil. These are my favorite lip products. The products are available at Bath & Body Works. And if you are interested in moisturized lips and sweet fresh breath, I recommend the C.O. Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine, which contains 2% peppermint oil. It also comes in tints, as well as clear, so you can keep your lips kissably smooth and enjoy a little color. All the products together will run you about $16. But sometimes they are on sale, and you can stock up. I swear by these products!

There is this stuff that Mary Kay makes. It is an exfolliant especially for lips and then there is a moisturizing cream that is like a deep conditioner for lips. It costs about $15 for the whole thing. If you use it for awhile it really does make a difference. Ask around and see if anyone sells Mary Kay products. It's not just for girls either -- men can use it too.

CO Bigelow lip balm at Bath and Body Works did wonders for my really dry lips. I personally like the shea butter & sweet almond oil one (but they even have tinted ones!).

Use lip balm - that should help!
Make sure you are drinking enough water because if you aren't that could be what is causing it.

A dermatologist told me to use petroleum jelly. You can get it in the baby department.
