My computer is hanging after every 5 or 10 minutes and some time when i turn its power on its does not even shows the display on the moniter.I have checked every component of my computer and installed so many of the diagonostic softwares but they all show a fully functional computer components.Please help me i have got lot of work with my computer?

The best thing to do is backup and reinstall windows....works everytime!!!!

The description is not enough to understand whats wrong.. but it could be that the hardware you are running is fairly low end and is struggling to keep up with the installed software.. some of the new software takes tonnes of resources!
Check if uninstalling some of the less frequently used software helps!
