I seriously doubt if this is true, unless it has to do with what kind of foods we eat, which affects our total physiology. I don't believe desire and stamina differs by country, now the attitude toward sex may differ. I think the openness toward sexuality differs because of culture. ex. a Belgian women may have no problem with being open about sex, but a Chinese woman, Ooh no! I hope you feel what I'm saying.

In some countries and religions its just believed women are not suppose to have feelings of that nature they are conditioned to believe they are only to serve, not desire the act of sex
