That's not something easily answered. We don't know your exact skin color, medium isn't specific, it can mean a wide range of shades.
For the best match, just go to the store. If there isn't a tester bottle, or a clear plastic color selector, pick up the different bottles and hold them up to your face in a mirror. The color in the bottle should look like your skin, slightly lighter if you can't find an exact match. Don't go darker, it will stand out against your neck, which is already paler than your face.
Try another brand, or another of L'Oreal's lines if you can't find a good match. Don't get hung up on one exact line, you may miss out on a better color somewhere else.

Prescriptives is a company that is in most malls that will custom blend your shade of foundation. I too have olive skin and it is the hardest skin tone to match -- used to work in make-up. The blue/green/yellow undertone is hard to match and I'm pale too because I stay out of the sun as much as possible. When I'm tanned finding a color is much easier -- may want to try a self tanner to enhance your difficult color.

If not prescriptives, best bet is to go to the mall and use samples until you find it and then buy two at a time in case they discontinue the product....

Also, sheer cover is an amazing product that is powder foundation but still makes your skin look flawless.

Good luck from one Olive to another!

Okay. The best bet would be to go to a makeup counter and have a consultation with one of the consultants. He/she has a great deal of shades to try. Once you find the best match ask for a sample. You can take that sample with you to the store and match it to the colors at the store. I had to do this when I ran out of my foundation. I actually do not like how the loreal true match foundation wears. It does not like humidity as it cakes up. I like to use clinique when I am broke or I will use Estee Lauder when I have more money. Chanel has the most pigment in their foundation and will last longer but I do not have a Chanel in the area. Good luck.

Okay, I can't remember the names, and my bottle has the sticker peeled off (nervous habit). I usually pick the light beige one (a little lighter than my skin) and then for the other a kinda medium tan (a little darker than my skin). I live in Cali and tend to darken, even if I wear sunscreen, when the sunny days start. You know, you could try going to the Loreal website and writing to them to see if you could get some samples so that you can see which you like. I know I bought a couple when it came out and that's how I figured it out.
