no you can not thats not legal . lol carry a bat or a good 1 if you do flat bed keep your winch bar in the truck with you

Unless there is some weird provision to having a CDL that I have never heard about, I wouldn't see how it matters if you're in a 18-wheeler or a Geo. The laws regulating carry of guns vary by state. In most states that means having a concealed carry permit or a permit from another state that is recongnized.
