I saw that movie a week ago and in the end one girl survives because she finds out that her best friend killed her their friend and she also finds out that her best friend was having an affair with her husband. Sarah her daughter and husband were in the car. Yes the the woman who survived in the end that was her husband and kid who died in the beginning.

Yes, that was definately Juno.
I actually think that Juno survived cause Sarah stabbed her in the leg, and Juno pulled it out and got ready to fight. Juno was a very feisty person who seemed to be like she could get herself out of there.
I could be wrong...but I sure hope there is a sequel!!! Even though I'm absolutely freaked, it was a GREAT movie!!!
