often times we go to the doctor well before we need to. i suggest researching and seeking out a natural therapist first. use meds as a last resort. if you need to take medication, you may want to look into taking milk thistle seed with it. this will protect your liver. if you don't know anything about herbal medicine, you may want to go to someone who is an herbalist since some herbs react with medication and if take the wrong one you could worsen your condition.

After years of trying anti-depressants that either did not touch the depression or had side effects that made it worse, I tried St. John's wort. I had immediate and dramatic results.
Often, I've quit medication over the cost. I was paying over $100 a month for medication and having minimal results, when they wanted to add a third medication which would have doubled the monthly cost, I balked. My nurse practitioner suggested I give St. John's wort a try. I recently paid $12 for a 3-month supply and don't need a doctor's visit in order to get a prescription.
I didn't get into herbal supplements because I wanted to go "natural", I did it because they work better for me without side effects and cost.

Hi! If you are very sensitive to chemical medications, your body will do much better on Herbal medicines. You may still be sensitive, but should be less so at the very least. I do agree that you should discuss with a doctor and an Herbalist or naturopath what herbs are right for you. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions. Good luck!

You find another way. Educate yourself on your health conditions, gradually get off the drugs, start eating a decent diet and start exercising. Before you know it all your 'conditions' will have gone away. The doctors don't want to cure you, they want job security, so you getting well isn't part of the plan.
