it ws nothing wrong on the part of pak...rather pak showd a lot of spirit...by not opting 2 leave th field straightaway and dint insult the bloody darell hair...ahir has always been biased against asianns and especially against pakistan...he dint provide an evidence...he didnt name any player...he just said by looking at the state of ball...wow...how stupid of him...ball was in his custody when cook got out on a reverse swing delivery.....he held the ball at that time....but he didnt asccuse then....but after 4 overs...he sudenly found that there is something fishy....remmeber peitersen hit kaneria for a six that went outta ground....ball must have got some scratch there...and also if pak had planeed that they woould haVE USED 2 PACERS...NOT KANERIA from the other end....and what was strauss doing on mobile phone in the dressing room? its a complete breach of ICC code of conduct

I dont think anyone except the boys in the middle can complain about his umpiring, because they are the only ones that know what's really going on. I remember him umpiring some ING Cup matches here in Australia, and he did a pretty good job.
Having said that, it appears that he has lost the respect of the players, and he should be dropped. If the players dont trust or respect the umpire, it makes the job very hard. He should be replaced.
