he might be having some medical problem (skin yeast or some other skin disorder ) that he is ashamed of, since you are both 18.. i don't think that he's gonna visit a doctor by himself neither tell his family about it to seek help.. he is just hiding it hopping it's gonna go by itself.

has he gained weight?...its prolly just self concuss stuff...
either he just realized he was inadequate size wise, or he gained weight and doesn't think he looks good any more...u can try talking 2 him more, but i feel that the best way 2 get him back is punishment...dont get naked in front on him and don't let him touch your chest or what ever he likes...he will come around if u do this and tell him u won't stop till he tells u a good reason

Could it be that he is having some skin infection that he do not wish you to worry about? Or maybe there is something ridiculous he heard from his mates etc. Sometimes guy likes to keep things to themselves.
If you really feel uncomfortable about this, maybe you should bring this up and talk things out with your boyfriend. Tell him how much you value this relationship, this issue has been bothering you and you wish he could share his thoughts with you.

I am assuming you have seen him naked in the past. Maybe he is just going through a self conscience spell. We all do at one time or another. Does he maybe have something as simple as a pimple on his butt he doesn't want you to see.....

HA HA... he is 18 and still having the "hardest" time of his life. Even after a great time of sex with you, he can and will get a hard-on and you prob. said something about it at one time? Work at building him up and not at asking questions. Sometimes a question is not taken as a question but is taken as a negative remark at this age.

Maybe the last time you saw him naked you said something that embarrassed him or made him feel inadequate.Or maybe he has jock itch and is embarrassed about it. I don't know what else it could be.
