Ignore "longhair"'s (he's my husband and a COWBOYS fan..ugh).
I think they have a chance. It looks like they're getting their locker room mentality back together after sending the poison to the Cowboys (yay!!). If we stay healthy, maybe. The health is the problem. That, and we need some depth....we have no depth in QB, need some offense until Westbrook comes back, etc. We need a SB ring in Philly, and this year would be SWEET..so I could rub it in my husband's face. he's gonna have a hard enough time as it is., since we live in South Philly!! ;-)

No. First of all, no team from the NFC can win the Super Bowl. Second of all, the NFC East is going to be incredibly tough, I think whoever makes it out of that division will be so beat up that they'll go down fairly early in the playoffs. Third of all, the Eagles aren't that good anymore; no real receiving threat, a running back who'd rather be a receiver, a coach who hates running, and an old defense. That's not to say the Eagles are horrible, they're just nowhere near as good as they were a few years ago.

I think the have a good defense and a great leader in Donovan Mcnabb. They just need to identify a go to reciever. They have a few solid recievers but they need that go to guy. They should try for Ashlie Lelie or Jerry Porter. That will help them out this season then maybe they can try to get one in the draft or free agency.

I wish they would because I'm an Eagles fan but no they aren't. They won't even make it to the playoffs.
