Today I saw a cell phone tower disguised to look like a tree. Does anyone else think this is totally dumb? I mean, it's so much taller than the rest of the trees that to make it look like a tree is just silly. C'mon people - we all know it's a cell tower. Duh!

LOL- I find this hilarious as well. I guess they tell people not to worry because the new cell phone tower in their backyard will look like a tree. Too bad it looks like a LEGO Sequoia. Perhaps if they planned the design with an artist they could create a functional sculpture, but then I wouldn't be laughing at cell phone towers.
Next they should consider painting cloud murals on tall buildings.

People are becoming more and more 'bitchie' about cell phone towers in neighborhoods, exactly where they need to be to provide best service. We have some in the midwest that are in church yards and are concealed as very large Christian crosses.
Kinda cool really. Get good cell phone coverage and a little religion too.

i think that it looks better than a normal cell tower so at least they were thinking something good in their hearts even if its not a real tree
