WELCOME!
We moved to Reno from SoCal almost 10 years ago.
Its become a much bigger city than when we moved here.
Its the high desert, so it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter-- and it snows on occasion. The snow doesn't last long, just long enough to play in, but so long enough to build up.
Fun things: Wild Island Water Park ( they have mini golf and go karts too), the casinos are pretty neat- Atlantis and Silver Legacy are the best, followed by Circus Circus, Virginia City is the best historical place-- and then Lake Tahoe is about 20 minutes away.
Glad you're going to be here- and thank you for your service to our country ( you are enlisted as much as your hubby!).

Even in the finest of circumstances, it really is about an hourchronic. at the same time as the elements is undesirable, each from time to time they require chains, yet most of the time once you've 4-wheelchronic and snow tires you'd be effective.

Are you kidding me? Its only the dope/gambing/hooker capital of the US next to Las Vegas.

My advice is don't spend all your coins at one slot.
