Never had a single day of morning sickness, mood swings or anything that was out of my normal way of being during my pregnancy. Blessed me!
Some women adjust to hormonal changes of pregnancy easier than others. The second trimester is said to be the easiest. Some of it may also be conditioning and attitude. I was estatic to be pregnant. I planned and wanted my baby. Not saying you didn't or you don't so please don't think I am implying that. Just sharing MY experience.
I had a good book that had illustrations on what my baby looked like week by week. My sister was a month ahead of me in her pregnancy and had the same book, so we talked on the phone and turned pages in the book each week to compare!
Labor was not difficult either. I've had more painful cramps! I labored for 30 hours and slept 8 of them. I was on Petocin and contracting to the end of the scale on the monitor too; every 2 minutes for several of those hours! I couldn't understand why women were screaming down the hall.
Again, everyone's experience is different, but attitude and preparation will play a big role in how much you enjoy this pregnancy. Arm yourself with information! Keep a journal to write down questions and answers for and from your ob/gyn. Nothing is too silly to ask. Read lots of books and baby magazines.
This is a wonder time for you. Enjoy your pregnancy and your baby! Congratulations.

I felt absolutely wonderful. It wasn't until my second trimester that I got hit with everything. But the first trimester, I had no backaches, only minimal tenderness in my breasts, no sickness, not particularly moody. It was great.
And in response to your previous questions re: Confirm Clearly, this test should be avoided at all costs. It is giving out false positives like they are candy. I have friends who are trying to conceive, and they received 3 pos tests, only to find out that she wasn't (and no, there was no chemical preg - since I know others like saying that is the obvious answers) and I myself ended up with 2 pos. and 2 neg. (pos one day, neg the next, pos the following, neg the day after), which turned out to be false in the end. I have contacted the company, to no avail, but it appears that the average is something like 1 in 6 of the tests are providing a false pos.

I'm 25 weeks and yes in the first trimester I was very sick and tired all of the time. I was moody too but that will pass. In about 2 weeks you will start to feel better and not even know that you are pregnant. It is funny but you will feel better. Good luck

Although I have had three kids I honestly don't remember but I just wanted to mention a book that I had that you might want to get. It's called "What to expect when you are expecting". I tells you month by month what you will be experiencing. It was great to know that I was normal to feel the way that I was feeling.
