Click and drag, And if you right click it, and select lock the taskbar option. He won't be able to move it again. (unless he right clicks and unlocks it first).

I hate when that happens!!!! Just click on the side of the task bar and move your mouse over to the opposite bottom corner it should fix it :o)

You just hold down your mouse and put it on the task bar and drag it to the bottom screen. I just tried it and so I know it works

More detailed answer to a simple question. Move your mouse cursor to the toolbar. Left click and while holding the clicker, drag it to where ever it is you want it. (either to the top, left side, right side, or bottom.)

You may place it at any of the four locations, top, bottom, or either side. Just click it and drag it and drop it where ever you want it to go.
