i cant listen to music on yahoo?

i can listen to music when iam not online,but when iam online i can't listen to music, and i get two error messages "sorry we don't accept netscape "and the secod error message
"Error

Sorry, could not load all required files. Please try again later.

Error Code 27 - playerWindow.js"
i dont know what's the problem
please help!

The problem is the sound player is still using another software.Try control alt delete to bring up the task manager.You should be able to tell what promgram is running that is using the sound, end task on that program then run yahoo again.The music should play now.
