it is very easy first you open the hood and remove the black clips on top of the bumper 2. remove the clips from the left and right side clips by the tires or inner liner 3. under the neat of the car theres more clips around maybe 8 remove all those clip and u are ready to remove the front bumper . the only tools that u nees is an small flat screwdriver and phlip screwdriver ..

check out a junk yard, i live in southern ohio, I know there around... even in va. anyway get a bumper from a junk yard that someone wrecked the back of the civic, thus the front end is good... salvage what you need. I would guess if you take the parts off at the junk/ salvage yard, buy them all at once, and do the work urself, 500 bucks.

i would recommend getting it done at a professional place if you want it to line up properly and not look terrible. Bumpers are dificult to get good, even gaps on all the way around. Thats why most ricers bodykits look like trash: bumpers are not easy to install.

ok its easy to replace a civic bumper use alot of paper, lol i know i'm a civic hater but eh, civic bumbers are all crap, its styrofoam and the cheap little plastic over it, all u need to do to dent that **** is a paperclip and drop it on the bumber and u need to pay 5 grand to repare it
