You can wear slacks even if you're the bride! My maid of honor wore slacks to my wedding because that was "very dressy" for her. It's hard to recommend a store. Just go to a store you've had good luck with in the past. Frankly you can get something presentable at Sears, Penney's or even Wal-Mart. Of course Dillards, Talbots, and Marshall Field's are always great. My sister-in-law loves to shop Chadwick's and I bet they have an on-line ordering option.

Oh yea sure. You can wear dress slacks with a nice dressy top and high heels. Anything kinda fancy or really nice. Just dont out do the bride. I know u will though! LOL

Yes, if it is a formal wedding and alot of the guests with be dressed-up ( as oppose to causal wear) perhaps a nice pant suit would be appropriate. If the wedding is more causal, dress- pants and a blouse or sweater would be ok.

Assuming the wedding will be somewhat formal or even just dressy, slacks would be a serious faux pas. But if it's stylish and fits the occasion, and you don't upstage the bride, they probably won't disown you.

Of course you can. A pair of slacks (black or pinstriped would probably look dressiest) and a nice blouse with or without a jacket to match the slacks.

I have no idea of your age but yes slacks are fine at weddings..especially in California. Go to Nordstrom ( or a cheaper version at Nordstrom's Rack), on line you can try www.barriepace.com but it is pricey!

u can wear a suit there are many ladies suits they look good for a wedding or maybe slacks and a blouse

Sure, you can wear slacks... I don't know of any ettiquette that says you MUST wear a dress. I've worn slacks to plenty of weddings. :-)

Wear a nice pantsuit with a silky, feminine blouse and some awesome heels. Carry a pretty, small purse.
