The lady who created White-Out has a son in The Monkees. "layla" was written by Eric Clapton about George Harrison's wife. George and Eric were best friends at the time. Their an actual town called China Grove; it has nothing to do with the song.

the singer Nadia Ali from IIO got the name from using her computer Vaio. She used to write her lyrics using that computer and when she had to think of a name she came up with Vaiio. Since there could have been a liability and when she got popular from her song Rapture she then dropped the Va and became IIO. Her latest CD just came out recently called Poetica.
