Can someone give a site or testimonial on which printer is the absolute best copier/printer/scanner with photo-quality output. Judging on printing speed, quality, functionality, network-capable, printer cartridge cost. Thanks!

Really depends on what you are going to use it for. Personally, one of the better printers on the market right now is the HP 2575. It scans/copies/and prints, does really nice photos and can be found for around $149. Ink is priced decently at $20 for the black and around 25 for the color. It's a fast printer at around 30 pages per minute. It has built in networking. I've had this machine for close to a year and I've never had any kind of problem with it. I really think that if you went with this printer you would love it.
Other features are:
Bluetooth capable for wireless connectivity with Bluetooth compatible gadgets.
Memory card slots for digital camera memory cards. This printer has a flip up screen that allows you to see the photos and do some basic editing without the need of a computer. (Photos reportedly last 80 years without fading).
It's got a 2400dpi scan resolution for high quality scans.
Very user friendly with one-touch copying.

I likr my HP laserjet color 2840 all-in-one. The cartridges cost about $400 for a refill of all four, but they pint about 3000 pages of excellent quality color and black and white.
