Do you mean the fact that China has "annexed" Tibet (translation: invaded and occupied it)? Amnesty International has been trying to bring the world's attention to this issue for many years now, but China really isn't interested in hearing the objections of the world community. And with the crap going on in places like Darfur, Tibet isn't getting much press these days.
