Victoria's secret and Saks fith ave. But you can also do it at home. Just take a tape measure from a sewing professional. Measure around under your bra then measure around the fullest part of your breast then what ever the difference is 1"= a cup, 2"= b cup and so on!

you can go to a lingerie store for a proper measurement, or you can measure yourself around your bust(over nipples) for the upper bust and underneath for the under bust, but i would go to a store as its a free SERVICE usually.
