check the ignition module and check the distributor pick up coil, either one of these can keep the engine from starting when hot, after an electrical component warms up it has a tendency to build up resistance and will break down, after a short cooling period it will then start.

My car did the same thing. Exept mines a 99 grand am and the security light would come on and flash. It wouldn't start unless I either left it alone or turned the key on, (but not try to start it) until the light quit flashing which was anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes and then it was fine for a few days, then it would do it all over again. Found out it was in the ignition and I didn't have a chip in my key and there was nothing for the ignition switch to read, so it alerted the security in it.

Your automobile willchronic regardless of no battery so as it truly is no longer it, it has no longer something to do with the battery or alternator, you want the battery to commence your automobile, and the alternator to save your battery charged. If the motorized vehicle died at the same time as it became driving, you would possibly want to have lost a belt, blown a fuse, gas pump might want to no longer be operating, per chance some situations human beings have a nasty sensor of their gas tank, and there basically out of gas. Key comprehend propose commence small, then bypass from there....... Is your automobile known or vehicle? Your carry close sensor might want to be out too, which may prevent your starter from initiating besides......

the starter and flywheel get hot, get real tight, and won't turn when expanded.
this is common in fords. I can't believe the "mechanics" didn't mention this to you.
You might have some luck getting a rebuilt starter, and maybe shimming the starter out a bit from the mount.
