i think being a bartender would be really cool. im 18 years old, and one of my classmates had once told me that she was gonna go to a bartending school to learn to be a bartender. can i be a bartender when im 18???

In Arizona you must be 21.
I have a niece who did this, the schooling was only three weeks, she makes excellent money part time, gets to pick her jobs, and has gotten out of debt and into a nice place of her own.
She's in demand for private parties, weddings and other social events.
You'll do good at this. When you are ready, hook up with people(Dee Jay's, wedding planners, reception halls, caterer's, etc.) who can recommend you for jobs.

You can work in a bar but not serve the drinks. Probably no one will check or care. Be careful, often youll get hired and theyll use your 'illegal status to con your pay out of you or underpay you.
