No offense, but to you and all the other people posing this question, why don't we wait for the DNA evidence to come in and we'll know for sure.

I am married to a FBI agent and I am having a hard time believing this man killed her since he stated that he picked her up from school, school was not in session at that it was the holidays. I believe he may have raped and killed a young girl but not the ramsay child, the prisons in America are much better than the prison system in a foreign country. I think he is looking for a way out of that country.

Based on preliminary evidence, doesn't sound like it. Boulder PD really screwed up the investigation, by the by. Living 5 blocks from the Ramsey house as a CU student, I know...Short answer: they don't have a solid suspect 10 years later because BPD did a pooch screw on controlling the crime scene. Why don't we ask about the 1000s of Arabic, Asian, American, and Latino children who are murdered every year?

He seems crazy. I really can't tell. He could just be making it all up to get publicity or something. He says he loved her and it was an accident. Accident? Yeah right. Although, the cops say that in letters he wrote about things about the murder which were never disclosed to the public. It's hard to say. We'll see how it plays out.

No, I don't think he is the right man. He is a total nut case. His ex-wife says he was home in Alabama that Christmas and that is something she would remember.

no, I just think he bit off more than he could chew, and talked too much. There's no way he could be in Alabama and Colorado at the same time, not even by flying....on Xmas day 1996?

I think that he did kidknapp ( sp?) her, but no, i don't think he was the one who killed her. The Usa Today said that he knows everything about this case. I think he wants to be the one who killed her. As for the other girl he is suspected of killing, he sent her death certificate to the parents, ----> he's crazy.

Uh... the girl's name was JonBenet Ramsey. How on earth did you mangle her name so badly? :-O
Oh, and the suspected murderer is John Karr, not Kerr.
Good thing you're not a journalist! *smirk*
