what happened to AIM chat rooms?

i was in a chat with three of my girlfriends when i noticed the usuhaul chatroom choices wern't there. although i'm not in those becuase they are discusting, i was wondering if they got rid of for being gross or if its just my computer.

The only thing I ever see in AIM chat rooms are ads for people to "come see my site"... that isn't chat and if you were to try to chat... trying to chat around that stuff is just annoying.
