WITCH HAZEL
Dont spend money at those pricey cosmetic counters for anything. Just go buy some witch hazel which looks like a bottle of rubbing alcohol and costs less than a dollar at your drug store. Take a cotton ball or square and pour a little on the pad in the morning before your makeup. Dab it on your eye bags to reduce the puffiness. Hold it on there for about a minute.
"Witch Hazel" is the main ingredient in any puffy eye solution that companies dress up in a pretty bottle filled with pads and charge you an arm and leg for.
So do it yourself without the high cost. I use it every morning as a tried and true home remedy for eye bags. It may sound gross but this is also what they use in hemarrhoid pads to reduce the swelling and itching of hemarhoids.
I use witch hazel on insect bites and rashes beause it relieves itching as well.
I have bad allergies and sometimes get rashes just from pulling weeds or touching grass. So it has other uses too, but witch hazel is all you need for your eyes. Also get a good eye cream (arbonne.com) to put on after the treatment to keep the delicate skin from sagging. Try it.

Try taking two slices of a cool cucumber or two cold wet tea bags and putting them on your eyes. Lay back and relax for a little while with these on your eyes. Soothes tired eyes too.

I noticed mine improved by cleansing my face with Ponds Cold Cream before bed. I don't know why. It's not made for that and that's not why I bought it. But it helped. You apply and wipe off with a DRY washcloth. Use NO water. Bags look better in the a.m.

You have to go to bed earlier, if you are going to start waking up early. That's the only way.
